Your ducts are the delivery system. If they leak, are undersized, or are poorly routed, even a brand-new system will struggle. We test, seal, and redesign so the air ends up where you live.

Signs of duct problems
One bedroom never matches the thermostat.
Noise usually means undersized ducts or high static pressure.
Leaky return ducts pull in attic air and insulation dust.
The system runs longer to make up for lost air.
Option A
Pressure-test the duct system, seal joints, boots, and plenums with mastic, then re-test to show the improvement.
Option B
Add returns, resize branches, and balance airflow room by room to match the load calculation.
Option C
A new duct system designed with ACCA Manual D — typically paired with a system replacement.
No. Cleaning removes debris; sealing and design fix leakage and airflow. We'll tell you honestly if cleaning would help — often sealing matters more.
We test before and after with a calibrated duct-leakage tester and give you both numbers in your report.
Most work is done from the attic. If a new return or register requires a ceiling cut, we'll show you exactly where before we start.
