Audit FAQ

How long does an audit take?

About 3–4 hours on site for a typical home. You or another adult should be present.

Is the audit credited if I hire you for the work?

Yes. If you hire us for recommended improvements within 6 months, half of the audit fee is credited toward the work.

Can you guarantee savings?

No. Savings depend on weather, utility rates, and how the home is used. Our report gives estimated ranges based on measurements, not promises.
